Bio:		My husband, Frank, and I live in Freeman, ME. His hobby is building homes for us ... so I am very familiar with all aspects of real estate and building ... and hopefully the fifth one is the last! :-) My background consists of a variety of careers ... working for real estate attorneys and various departments of colleges in Indiana and Iowa. But I have been in real estate since 1987 ... longer than any other career field and do enjoy it. There are no two transactions alike. It is challenging keeping up with current laws ... working with different personalities ... and trying to make the "perfect match" for buyers. I have found the secret to the latter is "listening" and "hearing" what it is they think they want. It never ceases to amaze me when people end up buying something totally different from what they began looking for.
